user-centered design is really very important, and I always take user’s need as my first consideration when I design websites. Well, some of my idiot colleagues they never consider of that. Their design is programmer-centered design and so awful. I need to find out a way to change their rusty minds.

An IA is like a car salesman. You need to focus on what your users need. A website isn’t nothing. It is also an approach to realice what users need.
