This was a fairly good webpage and it persuaded me to try virtual shopping at homegrocer.com
Although the article was published a long time ago, the user experience in e-commerce website on Homegrocer was what it should be but still not present on many modern e-commerce sites.
Ecommerce usability, impressive and well-done design and customer service is what every online business needs.
Btw they are back in business now. Too bad they don’t operate in my area.
