Thanks for a great second part to the article, Tom. Could you just clarify the endTime parameter? Is this value (4.1 in your example) relative to the <time/> element, or to the start of the video. It seems like a rather confusing way to do it, especially considering the change in units.
It is 4.1 seconds into the video. The first parameter, as I pointed out, must be expressed in milliseconds and the endTime can be actual seconds. Why? Don’t have a clue. Makes no sense to me but I am sure Adobe can rationalize it.
Nice article. But your video does not allow keyboard navigation and is therefore not accessible.
Nice the article, Tom. ! RESPECT! video not allow keyboard navigation ^(
Which is precisely why I say Flash video is “well on the road to accessibility”. It isn’t totally there yet but this marks a major step in the right direction.
Hey Tom, I really loved your show on MTV! Keep it up man
Thanks for the article.. Great help for me.. I will give it a shot…

Thanks
Brilliant idea Tom. Thanks for very interesting article btw. I like the video! Tom
Hi thanks for the informative tutorial – is the captioned text search-able within the page?
Can we make the video play based on time. eg : like play video1 at 11:30am and video2 at 01:00pm and so on ?
Thanks for the clear tutorial. Is there any way to define and display a cue point simply working in Flash Video Encoder, without resorting to Flash itself?
