Dan’s new book is one of the best on the market for web standards. It is extremely useful, well written, and very well organized. As always, his examples are great. I would highly recommend it. In simpler terms, It’s Bulletproof!
Good interview.
Web Standards Solutions has pride of place in my CSS book collection and I’m in the process of reading Bulletproof Web Design. I’m only a few chapters in but have picked up plenty of handy tips & techniques.
Dan has a great way of writing, very clear, concise and enjoyable.
I’d recommend all web designers looking to improve their CSS skills further to pick up a copy of the book. And no I’m not being paid by Dan to endorse this book, I’m just your average Joe Designer! ;)
Awesome news, Dan. Rumor has it the new 2006 models come diaper-free. Best wishes to you and Kerry.
dan’s articles and books have helped me immensely in my work. his clear-cut way of conveying ideas makes it easy on someone trying to implement accessibility and standards-based markup to existing sites, as well as creating from scratch.
many congrats on the upcoming life news.
Go Dan! You have to like a guy who mentions CSS, typography, The Pixies, the 4AD label, Sebadoh and babies all in one interview. Where would we be without him!
