Although written over a year ago, I have found this article very useful. I have participated in several soft skill seminars and courses and was unsure as to how to best present this information in an interview and/or on my resume. It also helps me to put a new spin or perspective on them. As I use them in my relationships with others in the work place, I do grow my technology skills.
