Great interview Louis and greet answers Tony. Working for a consultancy that deals with an number of CMS systems this was just as helpful in understanding what questions clients should be asking.
Generally our clients who ask the right questions tend to be the ones who are more satisfied with our answers and more satisfied with the software and services we provide.
