Another good article from ClickZ. This one is rightfully titled, "The Brand Promise." Something that goes to the core of another project I am working on with several well-recognized designers and webzine publishers from all over the world.... We are not selling the product; we are selling the idea of the product. Perhaps one of the best recent examples of this is Marc Klein's Creative Republic.
