I just stumbled across this great resource about The Psychology of Cyberspace. My favorites are, of course, the ones dealing with communities and mailing lists... specifically "The Natural Life Cycle of Mailing Lists" and "How Many Mail List Subscribers Does It Take to Change a Light Bulb?" which ring through as horrifying truths about online communities. Oh, and sorry about the slight off-topic post. ;)
