There have been several mentions of an old but new magazine called Graphic Design: USA. Don't be mistaken; it would be a rare occasion that any Web Designer would be featured within its pages. However, that's not to say it is not a good resource for the basic principals of design. I have been browsing the filtered articles they have published online and one in particular caught my eye.
