Wow, here is a very detailed step-by-step presentation on design process that Doug did while he was in Sydney called Pushing Your Limits. He covers the Blogger redesign in great detail as well as some mentions of the techniques he used on Wired News, Stopdesign, Adaptive Path, and even throws in a few tips for Microsoft to use. Ok, that just rocks... it's a simple way to show a right way to do things and makes it easy grasp the concept.
