Sorry about the news being a bit slow around here the last few days, I have been pretty swamped. Things will pick back up by Thursday or Friday. For now I wanted to mention a great paper that was published on 37Signals by Ryan Singer entitled An Introduction to Using Patterns in Web Design. Losts of insight and sketches to check out in this paper. To quote the first line in the paper "The biggest challenge for web designers is the unthinkably huge number of possible ways to solve any given problem." and it just gets better from there. This is indeed a very good article. Although not as in-depth as I might like to see it's certainly a expression of many thoughts I think most developers have had. It's always good to see someone put what felt like random ideas together into a solid form.
