Juxt Interactive redesign

It looks like Juxt Interactive has redesigned. Now I wouldn't expect this site to validate or have a CSS driven layout, but as far as creative goes, it's pretty impressive. Todd Purgason's interview was one of the first we published on Digital Web Magazine. Hats off to Todd and team. [from DigitalThread]

Nice. I find it interesting that it doesn't have a page based IA. All the content seems to be on one page...Seems to work.

I wouldn't expect this site to validate or have a CSS driven layout. Hmm, why not Nick? Because of the personnel behind the build or because of the design? I would expect every new site (or redesign) to validate and have a CSS-driven layout, and this is no exception - take away those fabulous background images and you've got a fairly simple page (from a technical standpoint). That said, the page does validate (bar a rogue apostrophe) and I agree with what you're hinting at - given a choice between creative design and correctly coded pages I'd rather see the former. There's no compelling reason to have both at the same time though!
