I'm not sure I like the idea of using JavaScript to detect screen resolutions and the like. Anyone who's been around long enough will remember the browser detects that often did very little detecting. I'm of the belief that the visitor be given a choice. Let them decide how they want to see the content. There's no doubt that wide screen resolutions are going to be seen either as an obstacle or a opportunity. I'm of the latter rather than the former. When I had a look at the Working Demo, I saw the wide screen version .. even though I'm not running wide screen! I just happen to have a 19 inch CRT screen. So this is -- at least for me -- a solution hunting for a problem. I think that by the time wide screen resolutions become more prevalent, the solution will be better layout, rather than supplementary formatting...
